Our Story
Hi, I'm Liz, an active working professional who adores nature, Pilates, yoga, hiking, gym-time, traveling, and time with family and friends. I've always been a huge nerd and grew up crafting, quilting and creating. Then life and work got busy and my nerdiness transformed into data analysis and process improvement at my corporate job and monopolized my mind space for many years.
I believe greatly in finding the silver lining in any situation, even tragic ones, so when my birth mother (Mary) suddenly passed after a heroic warrior-goddess fight against cancer in the fall of 2021, I wanted to create something special to honor as well as carry forward her memory. Mary had a vivacious spirit, personality, and positive energy, and loved all things butterfly and whimsical-related. She lit up every room she walked into and made everyone she interacted with feel loved, heard, valued, and important. And that's what FairyFly Jewelry is all about for me, carrying her loving spirit forward and sharing that feeling of the joy she made others feel. I want everyone wearing a FairyFly piece to feel that light, airy spirit of whimsy and joy so you can express your inner goddess and best self! I want you to feel like the gorgeous beauty you are whenever you're wearing one of my pieces! So treat yourself or a loved one to a special piece today and spread the joy…because you deserve it!
All my jewelry is handmade with love in Gilbert, AZ. I use only the best quality polymer clays to create my fairy, butterfly, and angel-inspired pieces that are the focal point of my designs. Then I use only 14K gold-filled and sterling silver findings and wiring for all my hardware so that everything is high-quality and totally hypoallergenic for your wearing enjoyment. I have sensitive skin myself, so these high-quality materials are incredibly important to me in all my designs. I also use crystals and gemstones that are not man-made because it's important to me that your unique, beautiful, custom jewelry you buy from me provides you with the metaphysical benefits and properties of natural crystals.
